Volcanoes be in Sicily
And South America
I judge from my Geography —
Volcanos nearer here
A Lava step at any time
Am I inclined to climb —
A Crater I may contemplate
Vesuvius at Home
by Emily Dickinson

Volcanoes are in Sicily and South America, but her geography is here in the poem, within herself, her object of contemplation is here. She won’t leave her house to see real volcanoes, because she has it. And it can explode every moment.
